Educational Background: Current undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates from any field of study.

Earning Your Certificate
To successfully complete the program and earn your Advanced Certificate in Sustainable Development, you must:
Engage with all seven certificate modules.
Achieve a minimum grade of Hea / Good (3) on your essay.
Finish the program within one term (12 weeks).

Miklas is the founder and president of the Omagua Institute for Sustainability, dedicated to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in sustainability. With experience as a management consultant at prominent firms, he brings valuable industry insights to the field of sustainability education. Currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the University of Munich, he has studied sustainability science and business administration across Germany, Sweden, Spain, and the USA.
Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, Video Lecturer
Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Sachs is a world-renowned economist and leader in sustainable development. As a special advisor to the United Nations and director of the UNSDSN, he has been at the forefront of global efforts to address poverty, environmental degradation, and economic crises.
